FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING on orders of $200 or more.
This offer is only good for orders being shipped to physical addresses located within the continental United States. Sorry, this free offer is not available to PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

Most merchandise going to a physical address is shipped via UPS.
All merchandise going to a P.O. Box or military address is shipped via the United States Postal Service.

Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays
Most orders placed before 1 PM EST will be shipped the same business day. A "business day" is Monday through Friday. "EST" is Eastern Standard Time, which compares to other time zones as follows:

    Eastern: 1 p.m.
    Central: 12 noon (1 hour behind)
    Mountain: 11 a.m. (2 hours behind)
    Pacific: 10 a.m. (3 hours behind)

Times listed below are transit times only, meaning that these are the delivery times once the order is picked up by the courier, not from when the order is placed.

    Packages arrive within 1 to 7 business days (M-F).

    • We can ship your order to most countries. The shipping price to those countries does NOT include duties, taxes or other custom fees.
    • You may be contacted by our Customer Service department to verify your identity and/or to submit payment through an independent money transfer service.
    • Delivery time varies by country.
    • Please include the postal code contained in most international addresses so that we may process your order in a timely fashion.

    While we are committed to shipping orders within 1-2 business days, most orders are actually shipped the same day that you place your order. Order by 2PM EST on any weekday and in most cases your order will be shipped the same day. Special order items, custom engagement rings, personalized items, and some watches are shipped within one to three business days. Custom order items will have the expected shipping time listed in the description of that item. Your actual delivery may be by impacted by weather conditions, transportation delays or carrier work stoppages. Though rarely a concern, when an item is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date. All orders are shipped fully insured and are packaged and checked in the presence of two employees. If there are any shortages, or if you feel that your package was tampered with, please call customer service at 1-800-GOLD-340 or 516-887-8888. It is important that you save all original packaging materials in order for us to speedily process your claim. All merchandise is fully insured at no additional cost to the customer. Shipments are F.O.B. our Distribution Center, USA. Taxes, duty and import fees are solely the responsibility of the customer.
    An 8.75% sales tax will be added to orders shipped to New York State.
